1. Cancellations and Refunds Before Production

We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel your order before production begins, you may request a full refund within 3 days of placing your order.

• Please note: After the design and printing process has started, cancellations are no longer accepted, as the products are customized specifically for you.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. However, please be aware that refund charges imposed by the payment processor (such as transaction fees) may be deducted from the total refund amount.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

We take pride in the quality of our products, but if your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will resolve the issue promptly.

• Report Timeframe: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your request, please include clear photos of the item and the packaging.
• Replacement: We will provide a free replacement for any defective or incorrect items. If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a 100% refund for the product.

3. Personalized Products & Returns

As all our products are customized specifically for each order, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. Please ensure that all details provided during the ordering process are accurate and final, as we are unable to accept returns for reasons related to customer error in personalization (e.g., misspelled text or incorrect design requests).

4. Shipping and Delivery

Each order requires 3-7 business days for production, which includes the design and printing process. After production, the shipping time will vary based on your destination country:

• Standard Shipping Time: Typically 15-20 days depending on your location.
• Shipping Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping times may be affected by factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.

5. Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. Please double-check your order details before submitting to ensure the correct product and personalization.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you are eligible for a refund or replacement due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning the item for any other reason, the return shipping will be at your own expense.
